The principal beneficiary of the Low Tide Ride and Stride is Naval Medical Center San Diego’s Comprehensive Combat and Complex Casualty Care (C5) rehabilitation facility. C5 is a west coast center for amputee rehabilitation and casualty care, in a healing environment that promotes physical, mental, spiritual, and family recovery.
