Thomas L. Brown II, commanding officer, Naval Special Warfare Group 1, San Diego
Anthony E. Gaiani, commanding officer, Naval Base Coronado, San Diego
Peter A. Gumataotao, chief of staff, Naval Surface Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet, San Diego
Michael C. Manazir, commanding officer, aircraft carrier Nimitz, San Diego
William G. Sizemore II, chief of staff, Naval Air Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet, San Diego
