Coronado Idol returns for a second season on March 18th, 2009 at the Coronado Schools Foundation 21st Annual Telethon. Broadcast live by Time Warner Cable on Channel 19 from 5-9 PM, each hour of the show will be hosted by a different Coronado school site. Celebrity host Jane Mitchell will emcee. The event takes place at Coronado High School, 650 D Ave. While performances are happening in the theater, fun will also spill out onto the quad where, for a donation of $25 to CSF, you will be able to perform live for the crowd on stage. The senior class will also host their annual BBQ and other food options will be available. A true community event that supports a great cause – KIDS!
