Hotel del Coronado will be the site for the inaugural show of the Dr. Seuss Touring Sculpture Garden in celebration of Theodore Seuss Geisel and the dynamic collection of books and characters created during his 54-year career. For the first time in history, bronze sculptures from the Art of Dr. Seuss Collection are being placed in public and private collections as enduring tributes to Seuss’ prominent messages and ingeniously inspired nonsense. The Chase Group, publisher for the art of Dr. Seuss, will unveil the collection on The Del’s Windsor Lawn on Saturday, April 25.
