Dog Muzzling Ordinance becomes a law. “All dogs found roaming the streets after that date untagged and unmuzzled willb e assumed to be ownerless and will be killed on sight. None will be impounded. If you love your dog it is up to you to protect him. By the order of Board of Health and City Trustees.” Rabies was a problem and had been identified in a few dogs in Coronado.
